(IESI), in partnership with Filfirst Concrete Innovations, Inc. has implemented an advanced precast concrete solution for the SMC Tollway Precast Crash Barriers project in Baras, Rizal. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance transportation infrastructure through innovative engineering.
 

Precast concrete construction often encounters issues such as logistical challenges and labour-intensive reinforcement bar installation. IESI addressed these challenges by integrating 8000kg of steel fibers into the concrete mix. This advanced reinforcement product replaces 500kg of traditional deformed bars, cutting construction time by 50%.
 

Steel fibers offer superior three-dimensional reinforcement, improving the structural integrity and durability of the precast concrete. This method also prevents damage and spalling, resulting in high-quality, resilient final product.
